If you choose with withdraw all the funds from your account, so that it reaches a balance of zero, you'll notice that your regular yield payment does not post at the beginning of the following month.

When customers zero out an account, it is usually because they wish to close the account. Per our agreements with our banking partners, the yield earned during a portion of the month is still recorded and will post the following month, which keeps it from earning additional yield and barring you from closing that account.

Of course, you are always welcome to place funds back in the account should you wish to continue earning yield. Should you elect to do so, yield posts will resume the regular schedule the following month.
